Metacognition: Why Smart Leaders Still Act Blind

Power does not fail because leaders lack intelligence.
It fails because, in decisive moments, they are ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฒ ๐š๐œ๐ญ.

- confident, yet easily threatened

Not a character flaw.
An untrained nervous system amplified by power.

When an inner state is recognized as a state, intensity loosens.
A small space opens.
Choice returns.
Presence becomes real - not performed.

Teams feel this instantly.
Leaders do not set culture with words. They set it with their nervous system.
