The year is still young - and already full of reasons to despair.

We are witnessing frightening leadership across the world: reactive, polarizing, short-sighted, driven more by fear, power, or ego than by responsibility.

In such times, withdrawal can feel tempting. Silence can feel safe.

But history is clear:

- presence to oneโ€™s own fear, anger, and uncertainty
- presence to what is now required - not what is convenient

From that presence, leaders are asked to act:
- with ๐œ๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ rather than outrage
- with ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ rather than dehumanization
- with ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก rather than weapons

Not because it is soft but because it is strong.
