Nicholas Pesch
Managing Director, Transformation Beyond Executive Coach | Leadership Strategist
Nicholas Pesch is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and top leaders in international corporations and the German Mittelstand. His career began with studies in social sciences and psychology, followed by hands-on experience in therapeutic work with addiction patients - an early immersion into the complexities of human behavior, change dynamics, and resilience. This foundation in deep psychological work continues to inform his approach to leadership development today.
With his long experience in top management - including as a former Managing Director responsible for over 1,000 employees - Nicholas understands the realities of leadership at the highest levels: the pressure, the stakes, and the weight of responsibility. He combines sharp business acumen with deep psychological expertise, creating a coaching experience that is both strategically incisive and profoundly transformative.
His approach is informed by cutting-edge research in Vertical Leadership Development, which he has studied at leading global think tanks. He is a certified Immunity-to-Change Coach and has completed numerous certifications in various approaches from international training institutes, including systemic coaching and consulting. He also holds degrees in Gestalt therapy and Transactional Analysis, among others. In addition, he is a certified Enneagram Teacher.
With over 25 years of dedicated meditation practice - including Dzogchen, Mahamudra, and the Diamond Approach - his work bridges pragmatic leadership transformation with deep inner development.
Nicholas works with leaders who are not satisfied with surface-level change. His coaching is both empathic and radically clear: he challenges assumptions, expands perspectives, and holds space for deep, often uncomfortable, but ultimately liberating insights. Eva Klein’s career is a rare synthesis of science, business leadership, and deep embodiment work. Starting with a degree in molecular genetics and neurobiology, she spent over a decade in senior leadership roles within the healthcare and medical technology industries, successfully driving business in both global corporations and dynamic startups.
Despite her corporate success, Eva was drawn to explore the deeper dimensions of human potential. This led her to an intensive journey into embodiment, yoga, and transformational practices - where she became one of Germany’s most renowned yoga teachers, working with thousands of students and mentoring the next generation of teachers. From this foundation, she evolved into a top-tier executive coach and leadership consultant, bringing an unparalleled depth of experience to her work with leaders and teams.
As a certified Integral Coach (ICC Canada), Embodied Facilitator, and Vertical Leadership Development Consultant, Eva merges cutting-edge leadership methodologies with somatic intelligence and ancient wisdom traditions. Her extensive training spans Action Inquiry, the Enneagram, and movement disciplines such as Budokon Mixed Movement Arts.
